Zaza Chat is an independent review publication covering customer support software — live chat, help desk, and AI support tools. We exist to help support and CX teams shortlist the right platform without wading through vendor marketing.
We are not owned by, or affiliated with, any of the vendors we review. Full, long-form reviews and buying guides publish on an ongoing basis; this section is intentionally brief while the library fills out.
